Manage Recipients

This section allows you to create or import new recipients or search existing recipients to view, modify, copy, approve, delete and/or activate and deactivate recipients.

Recipient Details

This section allows you to view and manage recipient details. Depending on your access privileges, you may be able to copy, approve, activate, deactivate, delete, or modify recipients.

How to action an existing recipient

  1. From the Payments menu, go to Integrated Payments, then to Manage Recipients.
  2. Use the Details section to search for the recipient you would like to action. Enter information in fields to narrow down your search results by the following parameters:
    • Recipient for (All Payment Types; ACH, EFT, EDI; Wire)
    • Recipient Name and/or Recipient ID
    • Status (Accepted, Rejected, Deleted, Pending Approval, Ready)
    • Service Group – NOTE: You can also opt to include any recipients that are not assigned to a service group
    • Vendor Number
    • Import File Name
    • Country
    • Date (Entered/Imported Date, Last Updated Date, All Dates); (Current Day, Prior Day, Current Week, Last Week, Last Month, Date Range)

    You can also sort search results in ascending or descending order based on the following parameters:

    • Recipient ID
    • Status
    • Service Group (with option to include recipients not assigned to service groups in search results)
    • Recipient
    • Vendor Number
    • Date
  3. Click Search to view the Search Results table or click Reset to clear all of your search, filter, and/or sorting parameters.
  4. From the Search Results table, click the Recipient ID to view the Recipient Details screen.
  5. On the Recipient Details screen, select from the following status-related actions:
    • Copy a recipient’s information to create a new recipient.
    • Modify a recipient’s details if their status is Failed, Entered, Ready, or On Hold (missing Bank information).
    • Activate a recipient with Inactive status.
    • Approve a recipient with Entered status.
    • Deactivate a recipient with Entered or Ready status.
    • Delete a recipient.
  6. Click Go.
  7. Review and confirm your changes.
