Deleting a Balance History Report ID

If the parameters you have set up for a particular Report ID are no longer useful, you can modify or delete the Report ID. |

1. On the Balance History window, select the Report ID that you want to modify or delete. |

2. Click the modify link to access the Modify a Custom Balance History window. |
|
3. To modify the Report ID: |

You can assign additional accounts to the Report ID.
Highlight the accounts in the Accounts Available field and click on
the > button. To
remove accounts, highlight the accounts in the Accounts Assigned field
and click on the < button. ·
You can schedule a Report by selecting the Yes option
for the Schedule Report and then select the starting date, frequency and time
for the Schedule. Note: Scheduled reports will be available within 15 min of the
selected scheduled time. |
· When you have finished making any desired changes, click on the Save button. |

4. To delete the Report ID: |
· Click on the Delete button. |
The following message appears: Are you true you want to delete this template? |
|
· Click on OK. |
The ID and the settings saved within the ID will be deleted. |
