     Account Statements
  This
  section allows you to create monthly reports of statements for your account,
  service charges, and interest, as well as monthly reports containing all of
  the cheque image statements from a statement cycle.  Account
  Statements are available after the end of an accounts Statement Cycle date,
  usually at the end of the month. Cheque Image Statements are available a few
  days after Account Statements.  In this

  Statements
  If you
  have 20 or fewer accounts: 1.    
  From the
  Statement Month dropdown menu, select the month of the statements you need to
  view. The list will only contain the months for which statements are
  available.  2.    
  Click View
  Statement to see a table listing the Account Statements and Cheque Image
  Statements that are available for the selected month.  If
  you have more than 20 accounts: 1.    
  From the Statement
  Month dropdown menu, select the month of the statements you need to view. The
  list will only contain the months for which statements are available. 2.     From the Accounts table, you can select one or
  multiple accounts to include in your statement report. To select one account,
  click on the account information (account number, currency, and account
  name). To select multiple accounts, hold down on the Ctrl or Cmd button as you click on the account information.  3.     Once
  you have selected the accounts you need to include, click the Add button.
  This will move the selected accounts over to the right side of the table.  Note:
  You also have the option to click Add All to include all available accounts in
  the statement report. If you need to, you can click Remove or Remove all to
  exclude any accounts you initially selected.  4.     When
  you have added all the accounts you need in the statement report to the right
  side of the table, click View Statements. Note: You also have the option to
  click Reset, which will clear all of your selections.  How to create and
  download Account Statement Reports
  1.    
  Remain on
  the Account Statements tab. You
  will see the following information for the available Account Statements:  ·        
  Account
  Number – the 12-digit account number (or 14 digits for Foreign Currency
  Account types (FCA) ·        
  Account
  Name – the account name as designated during account setup ·        
  Cycle Start
  Date – the date when the Account Statement begins ·        
  Cycle End
  Date – the date when the Account Statement ends ·        
  Last
  Downloaded – the most recent date and time that the Account Statement was
  exported 2.    
  Select
  which details to include in this report by clicking on the checkboxes for
  Account, Service Charges, Interest, or All.  ·        
  Account
  Statement – this statement contains all the account transaction(s) for the
  cycle period. ·        
  Service
  Charges – this statement contains the service charge information for the
  cycle period. ·        
  Interest
  Statement – this statement contains the interest transaction information for
  the cycle period. ·        
  All
  Statements – This check box is only available if more than one check box is
  available. This will check off all available statements in that row. NOTE:
  N/A indicates that the corresponding section of a statement is not available.
  Also note that for Foreign Currency Account types (FCA), all statement types
  are provided in a single, combined file. As a result, the All Statements
  checkbox is selected by default and the other statement type choices are not
  available (and will be shown as N/A). 3.    
  Once you
  have made the above selections, click Download. Each statement will be
  assembled into a single, combined file. If multiple account selections have
  been made, a single PDF file will be created to include each selected Account
  Statement. You will be able to view the single Account Statement file right
  away. Multiple Account Statement files will be sent to the Message Centre
  when you click Export All. If the selected Account Statement exceeds the file
  size threshold, it will be available later in the Message Centre.   How to
  create and download Cheque Image Statement Reports
  1.     Click
  onto the Cheque Image Statements tab. You
  will see the following information for the available Cheque Image Statements: ·        
  Account Number – the 12-digit account
  number ·        
  Account Name – the account name as
  designated during account setup ·        
  Cycle Start Date – the date when the
  Cheque Image Statement begins ·        
  Cycle End Date – the date when the
  Cheque Image Statement ends Once
  you have made the above selections, click Download. If you have multiple
  accounts with Cheque Image Statements, you need to download statements one at
  a time. If the selected Cheque
  Statement exceeds the file size threshold, it will be available later in the
  Message Centre.    |
