View Details, Print or Delete a Transfer

At any time, you may view the details of a transfer and then opt to print it.

View and print pending transfers

If an account transfer has not been transmitted to the Bank, or has not been approved you can view a summary in the Pending table. Navigate to Payments in the main menu and select the Account Transfers sub-menu. Then view either the Same Currency or Cross Currency Account Transfers page.

  1. Perform a search to find the transfer(s) you want to view details of or print
  2. Search results are a list of Pending transfers, if any meet your search criteria
  3. View a Pending Transfer by clicking its Account Number link in the From Account column—a modal window of details will appear (read help section on Account transfer details below)
  4. From that modal window, you may click the “Print” button and your computer’s typical print dialogue box will appear

View and print completed transfers

If an account transfer has been transmitted to the Bank, you can view its details from the Transfer History page. Navigate to Payments in the main menu and select the Account Transfers sub-menu, and choose Transfer History.

  1. Perform a search to find the transfer(s) you want to view details of or print
  2. Search results are a list of completed Same Currency and Cross Currency Account Transfers, if any meet your search criteria
  3. View a specific Transfer by clicking its From Account link—a modal window of details will appear (read help section on Account transfer details below)
  4. From that modal window, you may click the “Print” button and your computer’s typical print dialogue box will appear

Account transfer details

Details that appear in the modal window for either Same Currency or Cross Currency Account Transfer include:

  • The account number, account type, currency and amount of the transfer for both the From Account and the To Account
  • Status of the transfer
  • Foreign exchange rate, if the transfer is between Canadian CAD Dollar and Canadian USD dollar accounts.
  • Reference Number
  • System Generated Ticket Number (for Same Currency Transfers)
  • Systems Generated FX Ticket Number (for Cross Currency Transfers)
  • Transfer Date
  • Who the transfer was Entered by and the Entered Date
  • Who the transfer was Approved by and the Approved Date
  • System Messages associated with the transfer

Note: If any of the information on the Account Transfer Detail screen is incorrect and the transfer has not been transmitted to the Bank, the transfer may be deleted.

Delete a transfer

A transfer can be deleted any time before it has been transmitted to the Bank, when the status is Future Dated, Pending or Ready. However, a current day transfer cannot be deleted once the transfer status has changed to either Accepted or Rejected.

  1. From the Pending list, check all or any single rows of transfer you want to delete
  2. Use the drop menu below to select Delete, then click the “Go” button
  3. A dialogue box will appear asking you to confirm your delete action; you may click Ok to proceed, or click Cancel to abandon the action
