Manage Templates

This section allows you to create new Templates or search existing Templates for viewing, modification, copying, approval, deletion and/or activation/deactivation.

Deactivate Templates

This page allows you to Deactivate Templates.

Steps to Follow

To Deactivate existing Templates:

Manage Templates page

  1. From the ‘Manage Templates’ main page enter your search criteria, click on the “Search” button and in the Search Results click on the checkbox(es) beside the applicable Template(s) or click on the top checkbox to “Select All”.
  2. In the “Select Action” drop down list choose the “Deactivate” option and then click on the “Go” button.

Deactivate Templates: Review and Confirm page

  1. The ‘Deactivate Templates: Review and Confirm’ page will be displayed. Once the information has been reviewed, select the applicable Template(s) by checking the corresponding checkbox(s) or click on the top checkbox to “Select All”, then click on the “Confirm Deactivate” button.
  2. If you would like to review the details of a Template, click on the “Template ID” link, where you will also be able to “Deactivate” this Template from the ‘Template Details’ page.
  3. Selecting the “Cancel” button on the ‘Deactivate Templates: Review and Confirm’ page will return you to the ‘Manage Templates’ main page.

Deactivate Templates: Processed Summary page

  1. After clicking on the “Confirm Deactivate” button the ‘Deactivate Templates: Processed Summary’ page will be displayed. This page confirms the Templates that have been deactivated. The following information is displayed:
    • The list of Templates that have been deactivated including:
      • Template ID
      • Payment Type
      • Account
      • Recipient
      • Pre-Approved Amount
      • Amount
      • Currency
      • Debit(Dr)/Credit(Cr)
      • Service Group
      • Status
    • Total number of Templates Processed
    • Total number of Templates Deactivated
    • Number of Templates with errors that were not able to be processed
  2. The Deactivate Template process is complete.  Click on the “Done” button return to the main ‘Manage Templates’ page.
