Manage Templates

This section allows you to create new Templates or search existing Templates for viewing, modification, copying, approval, deletion and/or activation/deactivation.

Activate Templates

This page allows you to Activate Templates that currently have Inactive status.

Steps to Follow

To activate an existing Template that is in Inactive Status:

Manage Templates Page

  1. From the Search Results on the ‘Manage Templates’ page select the applicable Template(s) by clicking in the checkbox beside the Template.
  2. In the “Select Action” drop down list choose the ‘Activate’ option and then click on the “Go” button.

Activate Templates: Review and Confirm Page

  1. The ‘Activate Templates: Review and Confirm’ page will be displayed.
  2. Once the information has been reviewed, select the applicable Template(s) by checking the corresponding checkbox(es), then click on the “Confirm Activation” button.
    • If you would like to review the details of a Template, click on the ‘Template ID’ link.  You will be  able to ‘Activate’ this Template from the ‘Template Details’ page.
    • Clicking on the “Cancel” button on the ‘Activate Templates: Review and Confirm’ page will return you to the ‘Manage Templates’ main page.

Activate Templates: Processed Summary Page

  1. After confirming activation the ‘Activate Templates: Processed Summary’ page will be displayed.  This page confirms the Templates that have been activated.  The following information is displayed.
    • The list of Templates that have been activated including:
      • Template ID
      • Payment Type
      • Account
      • Recipient
      • Pre-Approved Amount
      • Amount
      • Currency
      • Debit(Dr)/Credit(Cr)
      • Service Group
      • Status
    • Clicking on the “Cancel” button on the ‘Activate Templates: Review and Confirm’ page will return you to the ‘Manage Templates’ main page.
    • Total number of Templates Processed
    • Total number of Templates Activated
    • Number of Templates with errors that were not able to be processed
  2. The Activate Template process is complete.  Click on the “Done” button return to the main ‘Manage Templates’ page.
