Manage Templates

This section allows you to create or import new templates or search existing templates to view, modify, copy, approve, delete and/or activate and deactivate templates.

Template Details

This section allows you to view and manage template details. Depending on your access privileges, you may be able to copy, approve, activate, deactivate, delete, or modify templates.

How to action an existing template

  1. From the Payments menu, go to Integrated Payments, then to Manage Templates.
  2. Use the Details section to search for the template you would like to action. Enter information in fields to narrow down your search results by the following parameters:
    • Payment Type (All Payment Types; ACH, EFT, EDI; Wire)
    • Account
    • Template ID
    • Vendor Number
    • Recipient Name
    • Recipient ID
    • Recipient Status (All Statuses, Ready, Pending Approval, Inactive, On Hold, Repair)
    • Service Group
    • Payment/Cross Reference Number
    • Imported File Name
    • Country
    • Date Last Used (Current Day, Prior Day, Current Week, Last Week, Last Month, Date Range)
  3. You can also choose to sort your search results in ascending or descending order based on the following parameters:

    • Template ID
    • Status
    • Service Group
    • Recipient
    • Vendor Number
    • Account
    • Payment Type
    • Date Last Used

  4. Click Search to view the Search Results table or click Reset to clear all of your search, filter, and/or sorting parameters.
  5. From the Search Results table, click the Template ID to view the Template Details screen.
  6. On the Template Details screen, select from the following status-related actions:
    • Approve
    • Activate
    • Deactivate
    • Copy
    • Delete
    • Modify
  7. Click Go.
  8. Review and confirm your changes.
